Preparation
Put the flour in a large bowl.
Mix a little milk with the flour and stir to produce a thick paste without lumps.
Heat the rest of the milk with the sugar and vanilla (until it simmers).
Then pour this mixture very slowly onto the flour paste, mixing all the time. Then simmer this while constantly stirring.
When the mixture becomes creamy, it's ready!
Pour it into a bowl or individual pots and let it cool.
The final consistency should be between a cream and a flan.
