Duck and prune kebabs

Ingrediants for 6 people:

10 slices of fresh duck breast,

10 slices of smoked or dried breast of duck,

1/2 pepper,

15 prunes,

Olive oil, salt and pepper

Herbes from Provence,

Kebab scewers

 

Preparation :

Cut the fresh breast slices into two lengthwise. Stone the prunes and cut them in two.

Roll each breast slices around a prune, similarly with the smoked breast. Put onto the scewer in sequence fresh breast, pepper, smoked breast. Season with salt and pepper and a trickle of olive oil.

Grill for 5 minutes on each side.

Serve with sauteed potatoes.
