Mustard tart (very simple but excellent)
 
 

Prepare a shortbread pastry and lay out it on a mould.

Pour a layer of mustard.

Add some slices of cheese (I prefer gruyere but any hard cheese will do).

Cover with slices of tomatoes.

Salt, pepper, sprinkle with Provence herbs and add a dash of olive oil.

Cook in oven for 30 min.
