Salmon trout

Filets of salmon trout (one per person according to size)

Shallots

Cultured mushrooms

Salt, pepper

White wine

Line an oven dish with shallot slices (or onions) and mushrooms.

Salt, pepper the trout filets and put them in the dish

Add white wine slowly intil the fish is nearly covered.

Cook in the oven at 200 °C for 30 minutes.
