Bird watching: Gruissan is home to many species of waterfowl as well as a stopping place for numerous migratory birds
Circus School: During the summer children from 5 years old can learn the skills of jungling, tumbling, trapeze, clowning and all the secrets of the circus.
Village Fete and blessing of the fishing boats (St Pierre): 29th June
Wine tasting: There are a number of vineyards in the Clap and around Gruissan itself including one owned by the French comedy actor, Pierre Richard, who autographs bottles of his wine if you are there at the right moment.

Where to eat and drink
In Gruissan there is no shortage of restaurants or cafés. In addition there are excellent restaurants in many of the small villages in the area. But since part of the fun is finding them we'll say no more. Happy hunting and "bon appetit"
